We looked this guy up online, and aside from the connection to the Stabilis Lucra app, we can’t find a single reference to him anywhere.

In all reality, this man does not exist and he is definitely not who he says he is. This means that the real crooks who are running the show are choosing to stay hidden in the shadows of anonymity. The only reason to do this is because they know darn well that their actions are illegal. They are trying to steal from you and that would get them put in jail. What better way to cover their butts than by using a paid actor and calling him David Jukl?

Now that we have established that the Stabilis Lucra scam app is totally anonymous, as in we have no idea who is at the helm, there are some other clear problems that arise from this discovery. First off, providing Forex signals is considered to be providing financial advice, an activity that requires licensing to perform legally. However, since we don’t know who the real people in charge are and are never provided with any contact details, it is impossible for the Stabilis Lucra app to be licensed. Therefore, simply providing you with Forex signals, whether for your benefit or theirs, is not something they are legally allowed to do.

Now, this also leads to another problem, which is that of having a reliable broker on your side. Having a real and legit broker also requires licensing and regulation.
